It can organize what was covered on patient safety, medications, and emergency response so you can focus on watching the person practice and correcting mistakes in real time.
Where you stay involved
You demonstrate the procedure, observe the trainee, and decide whether the person can do it safely under supervision. You also stop and get help from a nurse educator or supervisor if anything involves restraint, medications, emergencies, or patient rights.
